Will my social security and other deductions start over now?
Deductions and tax elections will remain the same.
Who will handle payroll?
Saela will continue to manage payroll.

No, we will continue to use FieldRoutes.
Should I answer the phone differently now?
You will continue to answer the phone in the same way with the same phrases.
What do I say if a customer asks whether we are becoming Rollins?
Confidently assure the customer that we will remain Saela and will continue to provide quality service.
How do I make bank deposits now?
All bank accounts will continue to be in Saela’s name, and you will follow the same procedure.
Is my manager staying?
Yes, all team members will remain with Saela.
Will branches close or consolidate?
No, we are operating just like we always have.
Who do I work for?
You are a team member at Saela.
Who will I order products from?
We will continue to use the same ordering procedures.
What will happen with my merit review?
Merit reviews will remain the same.
What is happening with company executives?
Mitch Smith will stay on as President of the company and the other executives will have only an advisory role moving forward.
Who do I talk to if my question is not answered here?
Please speak with your direct manager. If they are unaware of the answer, they will reach out to their leader for support.
What should I do if I come across Rollins when bidding a job?
Do what you normally do. Be professional, solve the customer’s needs, and sell Saela.
Will I still get secondary sales?
Yes.
Are we going to start selling new programs that Rollins offers?
We will continue to assess our offerings and if there are additional options, we will consider them accordingly.
Is our door-to-door program going away?
No, our door-to-door program is an integral part of what makes us Saela
Will my vehicle change?
Our fleet will stay the same.
Will my route change?
Your route and our routing processes will continue as they are.
Will my pay plan change?
Your play plan will remain the same.
Will my uniform change?
Your uniforms will remain the same.
Is Rollins branding going to be on our trucks or uniforms?
Our vehicles and uniforms will remain branded as Saela and will not include Rollins branding.
Will my gas card still work?
Your gas card will continue to operate as normal.
