Your benefit package will remain intact along with current providers and medications.
What happens when I need to hire a Team Member?
You will continue to use the same recruiting procedure.
What about leave policies?
Your leave policies will remain the same and will continue to follow federal and state guidelines.
How is my tenure with the company treated?

Your tenure with American Pest Control carries over to Rollins.

What will happen to my sick and vacation time?

Your vacation and sick time will remain the same.

What happens to my 401(k)?

Rollins offers a 401(k) plan with a company match. You’ll receive more information about the benefits, including how and when to enroll, in the coming weeks.
What company will be listed on my paycheck?

Your paycheck details will remain the same with American Pest Control as your company.

Will my social security and other deductions start over now?
Deductions and tax elections will remain the same.
Who will handle payroll?

American Pest Control will continue to manage payroll.

Is my job going to be eliminated? 

No, everyone is wanted and needed to make us successful and to exceed the goals ahead.

What is the new organizational structure? 

Doug Hillman will stay on as the brand leader.

Will our system change from Briostack?
No, we will continue to use Briostack.
Should I answer the phone differently now?
You will continue to answer the phone in the same way with the same phrases.
What do I say if a customer asks whether we are becoming Rollins?

Confidently assure the customer that we will remain American Pest Control and will continue to provide quality service.

How do I make bank deposits now?

All bank accounts will continue to be in American Pest Control’s name, and you will follow the same procedure.

Is my manager staying?

Yes, all team members will remain with American Pest Control.

Who do I work for?
You are a team member at American Pest Control.
What will happen with my merit review?

Merit reviews will remain the same.

What is happening with company executives?
Doug Hillman will stay on as the brand leader. While Chris Haggerty, Andrea Mooberry, and Rod Haggerty will plan their next chapters of retirement and will not be involved in day-to-day operations, they will stay closely connected throughout the transition to help ensure a smooth handoff and support a successful partnership.

Who do I talk to if my question is not answered here?

Please speak with your direct manager. If they are unaware of the answer, they will reach out to their leader for support.

What should I do if I come across Rollins when bidding a job?

Do what you normally do. Be professional, solve the customer’s needs, and sell American Pest Control.

Are we going to start selling new programs that Rollins offers?
We will continue to assess our offerings and if there are additional options, we will consider them accordingly.
Will my route change?
Your route and our routing processes will continue as they are.
Will my pay plan change?

Your pay plan will remain the same.

Will my uniform change?
Your uniforms will remain the same.
Is Rollins branding going to be on our trucks or uniforms?

Our vehicles and uniforms will remain branded as American Pest Control and will not include Rollins branding.

Will my gas card still work?
American Pest Control will move to the Rollins’ WEX program. For now, we will operate as normal until further instructions are sent out.
